While I follow a structured approach to ensure clarity and impact, I see my workflow as a flexible framework rather than a rigid process. Each project comes with its own context, business goals, and constraints, so I adapt my methods accordingly. What remains consistent is my focus on collaboration, problem framing, and designing for real user needs.
The process begins with understanding the user—through research and analysis, I uncover pain points, behaviours, and motivations that shape the design, ensuring every feature addresses real needs.
As a next step I translate insights into a clear problem statement and design direction. I synthesize findings, align with business goals, and establish key user flows or experience principles. This clarity becomes the foundation for meaningful design decisions.
This is where I explore and shape the experience. I sketch, prototype, and test early ideas—always keeping users in focus and working closely with stakeholders. I enjoy turning abstract needs into tangible solutions, refining each detail through feedback and iteration.
I work closely with developers to bring the vision to life—while continuously testing, learning, and refining. I advocate for quality execution and data-informed iteration post-launch, ensuring the product evolves with user needs.
